COCKPIT STAIRS AND WING PLATFORM F-35 SET
Our Cockpit Stairs and Wing Platform are the next evolution of maintenance working platforms designed specifically for F-35 maintenance. Constructed with lightweight aluminum and equipped with non-slip material and rubber bumper edges, preventing damage to aircraft. Cockpit Stairs are ideal for easy and secure pilot ingress and egress from cockpit. Removable side railings on both Cockpit Stairs and Wing Platform allow for easy maintenance involving large equipment or parts. Fixed design allows for optimal stability and security. High weight capacity of 200kg/m2, a significant increase from legacy stands.
Wing Platform supports HSE and includes integrated Breathable air and facility power connections. Designed with maintenance in mind, Wing Platform includes PMA desk, 230V outlets, LED lighting under side mounted for Below aircraft illumination, tool and part shelving perfectly suited for LO repair consumables. Customized shelving is available per customer request. Larger shelving underneath the wing stand allows for substantial storage and easy access of parts and equipment. Aviation Roller cabinet can be integrated into lower portion of wing stand for compact all in one maintenance location. Spacious area facilitates transport of large equipment, such as fuel cell panels, in a safe and controlled manner.
Cockpit Stairs are ideal for Ejection seat removal/install, drag chute maintenance, gun maintenance, ACFC maintenance, LO repairs, and accessing top of aircraft from wingtips or exhaust for POS LO inspection. Laser etching for Tool ID, artwork, and patches are available upon request.
